Description
These Victoria Plum trees are all standard trees and can be used to create an attractive fruiting feature tree in any garden. This variety of plum (Prunus domestica ‘Victoria’) is a traditional and popular fruiting plum that is self fertile and produces an abundance of purple fruit in August/September annually. Needles to say this variety was named after Queen Victoria, a testament to how long this variety has been the most popular choice of plum tree for the garden.
Trees of this size should be planted using tree stakes and ties to help prevent them from blowing around too much in their first years of establishment until their roots have become properly settled.
Due to the size of these trees, we will need to quote for delivery on an individual basis. Please telephone us to discuss delivery of your plants. Plants can, of course, be collected from our nursery free of charge.
In addition to Victoria Plum trees, we also supply a range of other medium sized specimen trees that are suitable for planting as feature specimens in any garden. Please see our trees page for more details on other trees available.
